TEA LAB Ginger Root is dried ginger root in Pakistan, packed in a 100 g pouch to brew on its own or blend into your own cup.

Ginger brews into a golden cup with a warm, zesty aroma, a spicy earthy taste and no caffeine. Enjoy it on its own, add a few pieces to your chai or favourite TEA LAB blend, or let it cool and pour over ice.

  1. Use 1 teaspoon of dried ginger pieces.
  2. Add to 250 ml hot water.
  3. Cover and steep for 8–10 minutes, as dried root takes a little longer to release its flavour.
  4. Strain and enjoy hot, or let it cool and pour over ice. Sweeten to taste if you like.
